Tanzanian Peaberry - Rich with a winey acidity and medium body, citrus-like flavors. Inside each coffee cherry, normally there are two flat-sided beans. However, some cherries produce one pearl shaped bean instead. It's called a peaberry and they are separated from the flat beans. Enjoy!
