We were established in 2004 and have been serving up great espresso, lattes, mochas, and coffee ever since! We thanks our customers for their support and look forward to the future.
Java Rocks has the atmosphere of an original, depression era -Bohemian style coffee house. No streamlined cases, furniture or counters. No matching this and that, for the most part! We are a lot of eclectic, a lot of fun, and really push the quality you cannot get at a big-box green monster-like evil entity!
We are the first and only coffee house in Hutto, TX. Hutto is about 18 miles NE of Austin, the Live Music Capital of the World. We roast our own coffee in house. You can buy it at our shop and online here on our website, and rest assured it will be fresh when you get it! We roast in small batches to assure an even roast, and so the best qualities of the beans come out!
We also bake all of our own bakery in-house, fresh from scratch every day. We make deli style sandwiches and panini grilled sandwiches every day. We also make our own hand-dipped ice cream that we serve in a cone or in a cup. We strive to be original and unique to keep ya'll coming back. So far, it's worked!
